McCall Street Renovation/Staging in Glencliff

This renovation is ours and I’m proud of it. We definitely found a way to add value to this home where there was little before.  It happens to be in one of Jeff’s favorite Nashville areas, zip code 37211. Enjoy the pictures~ hopefully they clearly show the story from beginning to end; from a truly ugly home into a beautiful one.

BEFORE:

GOTTA LOVE THAT MOMENT WHEN YOU’VE PASSED ALL NECESSARY INSPECTIONS

AFTER:

GORGEOUS. I must say, I love painted brick, and the adorable vanity in the half bath I am loving and it came from Wayfair.

STATS:

-6 months from closing on property to listing it.

-4 bed/2.5 bath  one level living. 1417 sq. feet.

-Exotic granite, custom tile showers, stainless appliances, sand and finish hardwoods.

-Lessons learned: Never provide dumpsters; have contractors purchase. We probably had at lease one entire dumpster mysteriously fill up with trash/stuffed animals/broken christmas decorations, etc. Also the contractors have zero incentive to break boxes down/etc. and be thrifty with the dumpster space when they aren’t paying for them.

Today is the first day on market and we’ve already had a showing who asked if we’ve received any offers- I take that as a positive sign! Hopefully this baby will sell soon. When you pay attention to detail and provide quality and value, it shows.
