•  Consultation:

We will walk through your home and I will provide recommendations, including any paint colors needed. Within 3 business days I will email a detailed report of our visit along with the recommendations. I will also provide a bid for a complete home staging, partnered with a personalized to-do list to be completed before the staging begins.  $125

• Home Staging

Following a consultation, I will re-arrange furniture, hang art work, and order/coordinate delivery of any rental furniture or art if necessary, through Cort furniture rental. $75 hourly rate, typically 4-6 hours needed. Furniture rental is an additional charge; our empty staged houses average $2000.

• Design Services

Remodels: I will provide guidance and/or make selections for paint colors, tile, fixtures, or flooring. We can go to the stores together, or I am happy to do the work independently. $75 hourly.

New Builds: Following a consultation, I will select all colors, fixtures, and tile based on budget. $1500
