Williamsport Drive, Smyrna TN

This rental is in a GREAT neighborhood in Smyrna. It’s a pretty house that needed some renovation, and it is now restored to glory, and ready to make the people that live there very happy. One level living on a nice big flat lot with mature trees and a basket ball hoop. This family friendly neighborhood is close to the interstate, shopping, dining, a hospital, and entertainment.

Here are some befores:

I wish I had more. You never know what you are going to get when you start searching for a house to renovate. This one had some unique challenges. For one, the person who lived there had a bug obsession. She had sprayed bleach water over large expanses of drywall and cabinetry, and it had ruined a great deal. She also spread dichotomous earth in outlet sockets, all in the fireplace, in all cabinets, tubs, showers, along baseboards, and every corner of the house. At some point, a contractor had come in and sabotaged the wiring in the house. He actually cut wires behind the walls, and it’s a blessing the house didn’t burn down, or so we were told by our contractor. Anyway, we got it resolved and now it’s beautiful and rented.
